What is the minimum / maximum number of children?

For our standard parties, the minimum is 8 children.

Our party rooms each fit up to 40 children, although for larger parties we are able to open the separating doors to create one big room, for up to 80 children. Please note this is available for our 3-5pm slot ONLY, and requires a larger deposit.

For our exclusive parties (after hours), the minimum is 20 children.

How do we pay the deposit?

Our standard parties require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, this deposit is taken off your total balance on the day.
Call us on 07379 244336 to pay over the phone with your card details, or ask a member of staff on your next visit to book in person.

Question 3

Can we bring decorations?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Our party rooms are designed with farm animal artwork and 'happy birthday' banners suitable for all ages. When you book a party room you are welcome to add your own decorations, balloons, tablecloths etc. 
At the end of your party just take any decorations you'd like to keep with you, and we can take care of the rest!

Question 4

What happens when we arrive for our party?

We ask you to arrive just 10 minutes before your party slot (e.g. if your party is booked for 1pm, please arrive at 12.50). This allows us to give you all of your party information and sort payment before your guests arrive so you can all enjoy the party together.

Please bring a piece of paper with a list of all children attending the party (including birthday child) -with these numbers, our staff will ask you to pay the remaining balance. You will be given all of your party information - food times, reserved tables etc on arrival.

All children will be asked on arrival for their food choices so you do not need to worry about this beforehand.

Question 5

Do you provide party bags?

You are able to upgrade your party for just £3 per child to include party bags. Please let us know when you book if you would like to add these on.

Question 6

Are my guests able to bring siblings?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - the more the merrier! Your guests are able to pay on entrance to add their sibling(s) to the party: £6.50 entrance, or £10 for play, food, and ice cream.

Question 7

What happens if some guests don't turn up on the day?

Accepted Answer

No worries - if any children are missing on the day, any amount overpaid (over the 8 children minimum) will be added to a gift voucher.
This voucher can be redeemed on the day, for adults' meals, drinks, or animal food for example.
Or you are able to keep the amount to use for future visits within 1 year.
Unfortunately cash/card refunds are not possible, thank you for your understanding.
