Limited spaces are available each evening so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.We may have tickets available to buy on arrival if the session is not sold out.If you're having trouble purchasing tickets online, we can take card / cash payment if you visit us before.

What happens at the event?

🚗 Arriving at WiggleysYou will arrive to our carpark.Please park close to the vehicle ahead of you, without leaving large gaps. This helps us make the most of available parking spaces, particularly during busy sessions.Disabled parking is available directly outside the main building. 🎟️ Checking InMake your way to the main entrance. Please have your booking QR code ready before entering the building and joining the queue.Please wait to be checked in by a member of our team before entering.🥤 Before the TrailOur café is open where you can purchase hot and cold drinks, food and snacks.If you'd like to take something around the trail, that's absolutely fine. Takeaway food and drinks are available.✨ The Main EventWhen it is time for your booked session, make your way to the entrance of the trail.Take your time to make your way around and enjoy the trail. Stop, discover, take pictures.Some areas may be uneven or have low lighting so please take care.Please stay on the designated route. Do not touch, move or climb on any decorations, displays or installations along the trail. 🍟 After the TrailOnce you have completed the trail, make your way back to the main building.Whether you want to warm up, grab a snack or sit down for a meal; you're welcome to stay and enjoy some food and drinks.Kitchen closes at 8:30pm Café remains open until 9:30pm 🤸 Still Got Energy?If the children aren't ready for the evening to end, they can enjoy some late-night adventure play before heading home which is included with your event ticket.

What time can I arrive?

The event opens from 5:00pm. Before this time, Wiggleys remains open to daytime visitors so unfortunately, we cannot allow event guests to enter the event area before 5:00pm. If you arrive before 5:00pm, please be prepared to wait.We recommend arriving in time to enter the trail within your chosen time slot. This will allow for you to enjoy the experience at your own pace without it feeling too crowded.You do not need to rush once you are on the trail — the time on your ticket is your entry time, not the amount of time you have to complete the experience.Event closes: 9:30pm

Do you sell food and drinks?

Our café will be open before and after your trail experience, serving hot and cold drinks, food and snacks.You're welcome to take food and drinks around the trail with you. Takeaway items are available.Please help us keep the site clean by using the bins provided.

Can I get a refund / change my booking?

Accepted Answer

All tickets are non-refundable.Tickets can be transferred to an alternative date at least 7 days before your booked date. Follow the 'Mange my booking' button on your booking confirmation email.In the unlikely event that we are unable to hold the event due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. extreme weather conditions, we will contact affected visitors using the email address provided when booking.Where possible, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your tickets for an alternative evening.

What if the weather is bad?

If we are experiencing extreme weather conditions that makes the trail unsafe, we will contact affected visitors using the email address provided when booking.Where possible, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your tickets for an alternative evening.This is an evening event that takes place outdoors, so please come prepared for the weather. We recommend wearing suitable outdoor clothing and footwear.The weather is all part of the experience after dark — just come prepared and enjoy the atmosphere!

How long is the trail / event?

Our evening events are open 5pm - 9:30pm. There's no time limits once you're here!You're welcome to enjoy some food and drinks before and after the trail; whether you want to warm up, grab a snack or sit down for a meal.Kitchen closes at 8:30pm. Café remains open until 9:30pm.How long it takes you depends on your group and how long you pause at displays.If you have little ones, want to enjoy the experience at your own gentle pace, take photos as you go around, it could take you an hour.

What is accessibility like?

The trail is accessible for prams and wheelchairs with designated paths throughout the experience.However, please be aware that the paths have a loose, dusty surface and may be more difficult to navigate in some areas. (Similar surface to our carpark if you have visited us before).The route winds around corners, inclines and declines.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on-site during this event.We appreciate your understanding and ask that dogs are left safely at home.

Yes, everyone wishing to take part in the trail needs to have a ticket.The events are suitable for all ages. What happens after I book my tickets?

Immediately after booking your tickets, you will be sent a booking confirmation email to the email address you provided - please check all your email folders.Please take a screenshot of your QR code. There is one QR code per online booking, not a separate QR code for each individual ticket.

Car parking is free at Wiggleys. You do not need a car parking pass.Please park close to the vehicle ahead of you, without leaving large gaps. This helps us make the most of available parking spaces, particularly during busy sessions.Where possible, travel together in fewer vehicles if you are attending as a group.
