Yes, we are open every day of the year apart from Christmas day and Boxing day.

Do we need to book?

Accepted Answer

There's no bookings so you can turn up anytime and pay when you arrive at entrance.

We only take bookings for birthday parties, school and large group visits.

Question 3

Do you take cash / card payments?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash and card payments.

Due to our location, the signal can be poor so please be patient for card payments to go through and ensure you have transferred enough money to your account. 
The best place to go for stronger signal would be our carpark.

Question 4

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our farm is wheelchair accessible and we also have disabled parking in front of the building. As well as an accessible toilet in the building.

Do you allow dogs?

Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs at Wiggleys due to the nature of our attraction.

Only service and guide dogs are allowed on our premises.

We're very sorry about this as we appreciate they are part of the family...

Question 6

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

We sell vouchers for Wiggleys in any amount. Minimum of £5.
Vouchers can be spent on anything in Wiggleys; entrance, food, drinks etc... And can be used again on a future visit if they don’t spend it all.
The voucher date is valid for a year.
We can take payment over the phone or if you visit, we can either physically give you the vouchers or send to you via email.

Question 7

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

We ask visitors to only consume food / drinks purchased from Wiggleys cafe whilst inside the building. 
However, we have many picnic benches outside for visitors that bring their own picnic. There are picnic benches located at the outdoor adventure play and under our outdoor seating area.
If you would like to leave a picnic in the car and go back to collect when you’re ready, you can leave the park and re-enter – just remember to have your receipt on you for re-entry!

Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

We have gluten free hot food options and snacks. The gluten free meals are cooked in a separate fryer to other food items.

We have vegetarian and vegan food options.

Most of our hot food is dairy free.

We offer oat milk as an alternative to semi-skimmed cow’s milk.

Please inform a staff member when you are ordering so we can double check in case any alternative supplies have been delivered, changed ingredients and so we can tell the kitchen to make sure everything is kept separate.
